Returns and exchanges are allowed within 10 days of delivery for the following items:

  • Babydolls
  • Chemises & Gowns
  • Corsets
  • Dresses
  • Garter Dresses
  • Robes
  • Skirts
  • Shirts
  • Shoes (unused, no marks)
  • Teddies

Items that can not be exchanged (unless defective or shipped in error) include but are not limited to:

  • Bodystockings
  • Pantyhose
  • Panties
  • Thongs
  • Stockings
  • Bikinis
  • Boyshorts
  • Briefs
  • Jockstraps
  • Hip Huggers
  • Trunks
  • Sale / Clearance Items

If a return/exchange is authorized, you're responsible for return shipping (unless the item was defective or shipped in error, then we will pay for shipping). All products returned MUST be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all tags, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer as well as the original packaging slip.

We recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and utilize a tracking number as to assist in locating delayed or lost packages by the shipping carrier.

All Other Products

We accept returns or exchanges for defective items or items shipped in error only. Please order carefully. To ensure the safety and health of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that may come into contact with any bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.

These items include (but are NOT limited to):

  • Dildos or vibrators
  • Enema kits
  • Sound sets
  • Items that break the surface of the skin
  • Items that are inserted or comes in contact by a penis, vagina or anus
  • Any gag/dildo combination
  • Mouth gags
  • Chastity devices
  • Unsealed lubricants, lotions, or oils

If any product is found DEFECTIVE within 10 days of delivery, please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange ANY defective item for the same item.

Many products are guaranteed by the product manufacturer, for limited or full warranties. After 10 days, if any product is found DEFECTIVE, please contact the manufacturer directly for exchange according to their warranty terms.

If a return is authorized for a non-defective product, the customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges (unless the error was on us, then we will pay for shipping). All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer as well as the original packaging slip. Any non-defective products will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
