Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of most of the products we sell, we only accept exchanges on defective items for most products. For health and hygiene reasons, products intended for intimate contact cannot be returned or exchanged after leaving our warehouse, except when defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. These products are treated as used and non-resalable regardless of whether the packaging has been opened. Please see the other sections of this policy for products that may be returned or exchanged.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

• Dildos or vibrators
• Enema kits
• Urethral sounding sets
• Products designed to pierce or break the skin
• Products intended for insertion into or direct contact with the genitals or anus
• Gag-and-dildo combinations
• Mouth gags
• Chastity devices
• Unsealed lubricants, lotions, or oils

If a product is found defective, please contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery to request an exchange. Once the exchange is authorized, the defective product must be shipped within 15 calendar days and received by Naughty Delight within 30 calendar days of the authorization date. Returns shipped or received after these deadlines may be refused.

Approved defective products will be exchanged for the same item when available. If the same item is unavailable, Naughty Delight will provide an appropriate replacement, store credit, or refund.

Some products are covered by a limited or full manufacturer warranty. If a defect is discovered after Naughty Delight's 15-calendar-day reporting period, please contact the manufacturer directly for assistance according to its warranty terms.

If a non-defective return or exchange is authorized, the customer is responsible for shipping the merchandise back to Naughty Delight. Naughty Delight will cover reasonable return shipping costs when the return results from an approved defective or damaged item or a Naughty Delight fulfillment error.

All products returned MUST: be 100 percent complete, contain ALL original boxes and packing materials, have original UPC codes on the manufacturer boxes, contain all manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer as well as the original packaging slip.

Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The fee does not apply to approved exchanges. This fee helps offset the inspection, handling, packaging, and original fulfillment costs associated with returned merchandise. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable. The restocking fee and return shipping charges do not apply when the return results from a Naughty Delight fulfillment error or an approved defective or damaged item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the return shipment against loss or damage. Please retain the tracking information until the return has been processed. Naughty Delight is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged during return shipping.

Please contact us before returning any merchandise. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

For health, hygiene, and final-sale reasons, certain apparel and sexy wear items cannot be returned or exchanged. Products designed for direct intimate contact are final sale unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Returns and exchanges are allowed for the eligible items listed below, provided Naughty Delight is contacted within 15 calendar days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, unused, unworn, and otherwise meet the return conditions stated in this policy.

Sets With Included Intimate Bottoms

Otherwise eligible apparel that includes a panty, thong, G-string, or other intimate bottom may be returned or exchanged when the included bottom either:

• Remains secured to the main garment by its original manufacturer attachment in a manner that prevents it from being worn or tried on without removing or breaking the attachment; or
• Remains completely unopened in its original factory-sealed or tamper-evident packaging.

Any original attachment, seal, or tamper-evident packaging must remain completely intact, and the complete set must be returned.

Apparel sets with a loose or unsealed intimate bottom are final sale. The entire set is also final sale if an included bottom has been detached, cut loose, removed from its sealed packaging, opened, unsealed, reattached, tried on, or shows signs of wear.

Garments with a permanently integrated or wearable intimate bottom, including teddies, bodysuits, and similar styles, are final sale unless defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Sets containing hosiery, bodystockings, or other hygiene-sensitive pieces are also final sale unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

This list is not exhaustive, and other hygiene-sensitive or final-sale merchandise may also be ineligible.

All returns and exchanges require prior authorization. Once a return or exchange is authorized, the merchandise must be shipped within 15 calendar days and received by Naughty Delight within 30 calendar days of the authorization date. Return authorization does not guarantee that a refund or exchange will be approved. All returned merchandise is inspected upon receipt and must meet the eligibility and condition requirements stated in this policy.
