We ship orders within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays & weekends.
Absolutely, we understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in packaging with no indication of the contents inside. Our shipping labels will have a discreet sender's name that doesn't allude to the contents of the package or where you purchased it from.
Please note though that the return address will be our warehouse as per shipping requirements and someone may do a reverse search on such address.
Yes, all of our shipments are shipped with a tracking number. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number.
At times, we may ship your order in multiple shipments. If you didn't receive all your items, please check your email for any notifications regarding the multiple shipments.

Our goal is to always ship orders as quickly as possible; because of this, our warehouse has a very streamlined process that ties in picking, packing, inventory, billing, etc all in an assembly-line like model and thus we're usually unable to make any changes to orders once they've been placed.
We recommend double checking your order before placing it to ensure that you're ordering the desired items.
You can earn reward points by creating an account with us. Once you've created an account, you'll be able to earn rewards by making purchases and writing reviews. Please make sure to be logged in to your account at the time of placing your order or writing a review.
Given the nature of the products we sell, most items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged.

Zelle is a payment service that allows you to send money directly from your bank account to ours. To pay via Zelle, select the "Zelle" option at checkout and you'll receive an email with the email address and QR code to send the payment to. Please note, our phone number is not registered with Zelle. The email address in the instructions must be used.
When sending the payment, if your Zelle profile name does not match the billing information on your order, please include the order # in the memo. Please remit payment within 2 hours of placing your order to avoid cancellation.
