Designed as the next step up from Bathmate's entry-level hydropump, the Hydromax Series of hydropumps builds upon the success of the original Hydro with a new bellows pump system and valve that enhances pressure and overall results. The Bathmate Hydromax Series in addition is available in multiple sizes and comes with a comfort insert allowing for a tighter more comfortable seal. The Hydromax is Bathmate's most popular hydropump with over 1 million units sold worldwide.

Ideally it is recommended to use the hydropump 3x per day, 5 minutes at a time, to achieve best results. Bathmate's hydropumps are designed to deliver the possibility of up to 2 inches in length growth and a potential 30% increase in girth.

Choosing the Right Size

It is important to select the right size of hydropump given the hydraulic pressure's effect on enlarging. Given that the surface area is larger around the girth of the penis, most will experience expansion in girth quicker than length. As growth continues, the sides of the penis may touch the sides which will limit the girth size with continued emphasis on length growth.
