The Scandal Collar Body Restraint from Cal Exotics is a full body restraint that includes a luxurious feeling collar along with universal cuffs and adjustable restraints. The collar is adjustable up to 20" in circumference. The waist straps are adjustable up to 46". The Collar Body Restraint is designed in a way that it can be reversed and worn on the front or the back. The collar and cuffs have a soft plush feel on the inside and the unique Scandal design fabric design on the outside. The cuffs can be detached and used independently for maximum versatility. The body restraints feature universal clasps and D-rings with swivel design. Hardware is made of non-tarnishing, nickel-free metal.
